How I work
I start from the constraint that matters most and design outward from it. Most of what I build is unglamorous — schemas that hold, deploys that repeat, logs you can actually read — because that is what keeps a product alive after launch week.
I would rather ship something small that works than something broad that almost does, and I write things down so the next person does not have to guess.
